Becki Sue & her Big Rockin’ Daddies is a very talented blues band from the state Of Washington featuring powerful vocals, great guitar and sizzling harp. Becki Sue began singing in kareoke bars for fun and now entertains crowds everywhere with her own music. It has been unfortunate that such a talented group has mainly been held to western Washington. Due to their still relying on day jobs to survive their touring has been limited, but they will make a couple of noteworthy appearances in the coming months. They will perform at the Arkansas Blues and Heritage Festival (Saturday 10/07, DCC/Muzak stage) and in Memphis-Tennessee in February for the International Blues Challenge. The band: Becki Sue (lead vocals), Tom “T-Boy Neal” Boyle (guitar), Jim King (Vocals, sax, harmonica), Les “WildChild” White (vocals, upright bass) and Jeff “Purple” Hayes (drums). This is their MySpace homepage and here you’ll find their own website where they offer two free downloads from the CD “The L.A.B. Results“.
